Max Burger is now open in Longmeadow – less than five miles from my house. I spent Friday afternoon with the crew, getting this “behind the scenes” photo gallery for my day job at MassLive.

Food photography has never been my strong suit, but thanks to a kickass camera, careful plating by the chefs and natural light, I was able to eke out some decent shots.

No more 60-70 minute round trip for a Kobe Fun Guy and truffle spuds. These burgers are now in my backyard.
