Happened to be on Shrewsbury Street with a friend the day this new restaurant opened...went in and were very glad we did. The pizza was to die for! And some very interesting combinations of ingredients.
P.S. I was particularly impressed with the fact that they maintained the BUICK stain glass features in the high floor to ceiling windows. Those of us who grew up in Worcester all remember that infamous 'Buick Dealership!'

I love any Korean restaurant that does a fried egg on bi bim bap. There's a place here that does stone pot, but serves with a hardboiled egg (no bueno) and one of our Korean food trucks will put a fried egg on it, but for practical purposes, serves the dish in a plastic container. I JUST CAN'T WIN. Also, reading this made me insatiably hungry and I've already gorged on more red velvet bars for breakfast. Brava to you for succeeding in the ultimate goal of food writing!

First, Hee: (I’m assuming that’s code for “never held a real job in his life”)

Second, aside from the issues you outlined, and the over-the-top bad manners carrying this card around displays, isn’t the whole point of reviewing a restaurant (or bar, or food truck, etc.) that you’re supposed to be incognito so you can give a review that would reflect what any diner may encounter? Isn’t this why NY Times food critics go to great lengths to disguise themselves?

How are you serving your reader if your review is of an experience only people with this card may get?

There’s nothing wrong with talking about this to a fault. The internet is changing journalism in many ways and not all of them are positive. Continuing to speak out about the ethics of online journalism and the intersection of blogging and journalism is a good thing. We need people to question these trends.

I've always been weirded out by the idea of smoked salmon, but now I'm inspired. I also work literally 30 seconds from Millwright's and have yet to enjoy a meal there. I hear it's amazing!
